Recycling...It's Good Feng Shuiby: Kathy TuckerWhen we recycle we contribute to the continued usefulness of objects while keeping the clutter from piling up in our personal space. As a Feng Shui consultant, I know that when I recycle my "trash" Im practicing one of the main tenents of this ancient Chinese philosophy; and that this is to remove clutter in order to create a smooth flow of energy or "chi" within my home. At the same time I am also respecting the energy of the materials I recycle because their usefulness is still apparent and can contribute to a healthier planet rather than to a landfill. According to Feng Shui principles we are connected to our environments because they are both a creation and a reflection of our consciousness.
